About Asma Sajid

Asma Sajid is a Consultant Nutritionist at Fernandez with extensive experience in maternal and paediatric nutrition, obesity and lifestyle management, and medical nutrition therapy for diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular and hepatorenal disorders, including organ transplant cases. She completed her Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics from St. Ann's College for Women and her Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics from Shadan College for Women, Hyderabad. A Registered Dietitian, certified Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) counsellor, and Diabetes Educator, Asma is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Food Service Management and Dietetics from Avinashilingam University, Coimbatore. 

She brings over a decade of experience in clinical practice, academic instruction, and corporate wellness programmes. Asma is a distinguished speaker and author, having delivered lectures at national conferences, corporate platforms, and contributed to peer-reviewed publications, earning recognition for her contributions to the field of clinical nutrition.
