Dr Deepti Raj

Dr Deepti is a Consultant in Psychiatry at Fernandez and has over 10 years of experience in the field. She completed her MBBS from SVS Medical College, Mahbubnagar, and her M.Med in Family Medicine from Christian Medical College, Vellore. She also did a Basic Course in Biomedical Research (BCBR) from the Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi, followed by an MD in Psychiatry from Bhaskar Medical College, Moinabad. 

An expert in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders and substance use disorders, Dr Deepti employs a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), supportive psychotherapy, motivational enhancement therapy (MET), and mindfulness-based interventions. Her extensive experience in diverse clinical settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice, equipped her with a deep understanding of the varied needs of patients across different stages of life and the ability to provide comprehensive mental health services. Known for her holistic approach, Dr Deepti’s approach is tailored to each patient’s unique needs, ensuring compassionate and effective care.
