About Dr Gayatri P

Gayatri is a Consultant in Genetics at Fernandez. She holds a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DGO), a DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and a DNB in Medical Genetics and was awarded the prestigious President NBE Gold Medal.

Her clinical and research interests lie in prenatal genetics, atypical presentations of dysmorphic syndromes, and the Molecular genetic basis of dermatological disorders. Dr Gayatri has won multiple accolades for academic excellence and actively contributes to the advancement of genetic medicine as an executive committee member of the Special Interest Group on Fetal and Reproductive Genomics, and serves as a reviewer for Journal of Genetics, BMC Medical Genomics, Scientific Reports, and Genetic Clinics.
