Dr Mehul is a Visiting Consultant in Paediatric Nephrology at Fernandez with over 24 years of experience in the field. He completed his MBBS from Seth G.S. Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. He holds an MD in Paediatrics and a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from Wadia Children's Hospital, Mumbai. Furthering his academic and clinical expertise, he completed an MD in Paediatrics from the University of Connecticut, USA, followed by a Fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology at Southwestern Medical University, Dallas, Texas.
He has been serving as a Consultant Paediatric Nephrologist in leading hospitals in Hyderabad and his expertise lies in managing complex renal conditions in children, with particular interest in renal tubular disorders and antenatal renal anomalies. In addition to the clinical practice, Dr Mehul has made significant academic contributions, having authored six book chapters and over forty publications in national and international journals.
