Dr Tejaswini is a Visiting Consultant Physician at Fernandez. She completed her MBBS from Kurnool Medical College and went on to pursue DNB in Family Medicine at Durgabai Deshmukh Hospital & Research Centre, Hyderabad. She also holds a Certificate Course in Evidence-Based Diabetes Management (CCEBDM), adding to her expertise in managing lifestyle and metabolic disorders.
Her clinical approach emphasizes continuity, accessibility, and a deep-rooted belief in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and holistic wellness. Prior to her current role, Dr Tejaswini worked as a primary care physician at NAMDOC Speciality Clinics and a part-time consultant at Suraksha Hospitals. She is a proud member of the Academy of Family Physicians of India (AFPI) is actively engaged with ongoing advancements in the field of family medicine.
