About Kalyani Pradhan

Kalyani is a Professional Doula at Fernandez. She began her journey in birth care with a strong foundation in the arts, earning her degree from Utkal University in 2016. She has also completed a PGDCA and Tally course from NIPET Computer Education, Nirakarpur, Khordha.

With over seven years of hands-on experience in maternity support, she has served in various capacities, including as an Assistant Nurse at Satya Sai Seva Sadan in Odisha for three years, and as Additional Labour Support at Fernandez Hospital for nearly five years. In April 2025, she formally transitioned into the role of Doula at Fernandez, where she continues to support women and families through the childbirth journey with empathy, care, and dedication.

Her personal strengths lie in her positive attitude, strong communication and listening skills, sincerity, and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. She is deeply committed to learning and growing within the field of maternal care and strives to provide continuous, respectful, and compassionate support to birthing families.
